DoneIsGood is an AI-powered productivity coach and task management application designed around the Eisenhower Matrix methodology. 1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide, personalize, and improve our productivity coaching services:

• Account Information: When you register or sign in using Google Authentication or email, we receive your name, email address, profile photo URL, and unique user identifier.
• Tasks, Matrices & Notes: Information you create within the app, including task descriptions, Eisenhower matrix classifications (Do, Schedule, Delegate, Delete), due dates, tags, checklist steps, and notes.
• Time Tracking Data: Time entries, duration logs, and project categories you choose to record.
• Voice Audio Input: When you use voice recording features, audio is captured solely to transcribe and parse your tasks/time entries via Gemini AI. Raw audio is processed in real time and is not permanently stored or used to train public AI models.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly to operate and enhance the service:

• To categorize, prioritize, and manage your tasks using the Eisenhower Matrix.
• To provide intelligent AI advice, task breakdown assistance, and schedule planning.
• To synchronize your tasks and scheduled work times across your authorized devices.
• To facilitate optional team collaboration and shared matrix workspaces when invited.

3. Google User Data, Google Calendar & Google Tasks Integration

DoneIsGood provides optional integrations with Google Calendar and Google Tasks (via Google OAuth 2.0) to help you seamlessly schedule work blocks and keep your tasks synchronized:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events: View, create, and edit calendar events to schedule task blocks and avoid overlapping commitments.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tasks: Create, read, update, and complete tasks in a dedicated "DoneIsGood" list within Google Tasks.
• How We Use Google Calendar Data: When you schedule a task or enable calendar synchronization, DoneIsGood creates, updates, or checks calendar events to schedule designated work sessions. We only manage events created by or explicitly linked to DoneIsGood; we do not modify or delete unrelated personal calendar entries.
• How We Use Google Tasks Data: When you enable Google Tasks 2-way sync, DoneIsGood synchronizes tasks (titles, quadrant prefixes, checklist steps, completion status, scheduled dates, and notes) with a dedicated "DoneIsGood" list in your Google Tasks account.
• Privacy & Security Protection (Single Non-Shared Matrix): For privacy and security reasons, Google Tasks synchronization is strictly restricted to one non-shared matrix owned exclusively by your personal user account. Shared matrices (matrices with write collaborators or project-based matrix sharing) are blocked from Google Tasks sync. This strict boundary guarantees that multi-user team tasks are never inadvertently exposed to personal Google accounts and prevents cross-user sync conflicts.
• Storage: OAuth access tokens are stored securely in your local browser session storage to communicate directly with official Google APIs. We do not store or mirror your external Google Calendar or Google Tasks data on our central servers beyond the task records you manage in your personal DoneIsGood account.

4. Information Sharing & Third Parties

We respect your privacy and enforce strict data sharing boundaries:

• No Data Selling: We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data, tasks, or Google user data to advertisers, data brokers, or third parties under any circumstances.
• No Advertising: We do not use your task or calendar data for personalized advertising.
• No AI Model Training: Your private tasks, calendar events, and voice dictations are not used to train generalized foundation models.
• Service Providers: We use Google Cloud / Firebase (hosted in secure SOC 2 & ISO 27001 certified data centers) to provide database, authentication, and serverless hosting infrastructure.

5. Data Retention, Security & Deletion

We maintain high standards of data protection:

• Encryption: All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS 1.3, and data at rest is encrypted within Google Cloud Firestore.
• Revoking Google Access: You can disconnect Google Calendar or Google Tasks anytime within the application profile settings (Sync tab), or revoke DoneIsGood's permissions globally at Google Account Security Settings.
• Account & Data Deletion: Under GDPR and privacy regulations, you have the right to erase all your data. You can delete your account and all associated tasks, matrices, notes, and profile records at any time through the in-app profile settings.
